We won’t try to tell you that your holiday days are a benefit or that you should be excited that we, as your employer will make a contribution into your pension. These aren’t perks – they should come as standard. In fact, we reward our employees with additional holiday days based on length of service.
We also believe that you should feel safe and welcome when you join us and so again, our Buddy System for new starters, Health & Safety training and Occupational Health including Free Eye Sight Tests for display users come as standard at Stateside Foods.
The Nice Things
You can be a little bit happy knowing that you won’t have to pay town centre parking charges to go to work as we have Onsite Secure Parking, and for those that like to feel the wind through their hair, you can take advantage of the Cycle to Work Scheme and the changing facilities when you arrive.

You also receive a Service Award for every 5 years that you’re a member of our team.
