As part of this ongoing commitment, we are excited to offer Engineering Apprenticeships within our Engineering Team at our busy and dynamic manufacturing site in Westhoughton, Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring engineers to kick-start their careers in a real-world, hands-on environment.
Our Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to become a valuable member of our engineering team. While earning a competitive salary, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining practical experience and studying towards a recognised engineering qualification.
As an Engineering Apprentice at Stateside Foods, you’ll play a vital role in helping us meet our high operational standards and support future business growth. You’ll be part of a team that strives to exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.
On our four-year Apprenticeship Scheme, you will achieve a Level 3 NVQ in Engineering and a High National Certificate (HNC), whilst attending Waterside College and working alongside an Engineering shift here at Stateside Foods.

What you’ll need:
Prospective candidates will need to have Maths and English GCSE grade 4+ or equivalent.
