As part of our commitment to supporting the next generation of talent, we are seeking apprentices to join us in a number of business critical areas across our site in Bolton.

The Apprentice Scheme is designed to give you the opportunity to gain real experience within a vibrant and busy production environment. You will work in all key areas of the business whilst working towards a degree qualification and earning a competitive salary. The overall goal will be for you to gain knowledge and leadership skills to be able to deliver future business objectives and ensure excellent product standards that will continue to exceed our customers’ expectations.

On our four year Apprenticeship Scheme, you will have the opportunity to earn an Honours Degree in Business and Management, a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and the full CMI Chartered Manager Status, all whilst undertaking various placements within our business.

This Degree Apprenticeship is suited to those looking to begin or develop a career at management level in an operational business

What is the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship?

The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship is a new approach to university level education which offers full time work with Stateside Foods, whilst studying towards a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. Apprentices will study a core curriculum across four years and attend approximately 24 teaching days per year on campus at University.

What you should expect:

CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership

Full CMI Chartered Manager Status – the highest status that can be achieved in the management profession.

BA (Hons) Business and Management degree

What you’ll need:

Prospective candidates will have Maths and English GCSE grade A-C or equivalent, and will require a minimum of 104-112 tariff points at A2 (BCC-BBC) or equivalent (such as DMM on BTEC Extended Diploma). ICT GCSE at grade A-C or equivalent is also desirable.
