Recruitment Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity within our HR Department for a Recruitment Coordinator.

Purpose of the Role:

Being responsible for supporting all recruitment activities and carrying out any coronavirus administration tasks as and when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Entering new starters on CIVICA
  • Processing new starter paperwork
  • Updating the training database
  • Presenting new starter inductions when required
  • Dealing with recruitment general queries
  • Provide HR cover in times of absence
  • Auditing and maintaining site notice boards with HR related information
  • Issuing interview outcome emails
  • Completing the weekly KPI’s and reporting
  • Supporting with touchdown reviews
  • Devising and publishing internal and external adverts
  • Shortlisting and scheduling interviews
  • Issuing offers
  • Processing weekly contractual changes
  • Preparing induction packs when required
  • Requesting and responding to reference requests
  • Supporting with the arranging of Directors Inductions
  • Filing emails and ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Providing relevant reports to the business when required
  • Carrying out any other recruitment related tasks
  • Coronavirus related tasks/administration duties
  • Answering incoming calls and helpline voicemails. Taking messages and re-directing calls, as required.
  • Compiling Agendas for weekly/monthly meetings and collating actions, following up and documenting once complete.
  • Should the need arise, to re-establish the coronavirus team and support with the day to day running of the department, by exception.
  • Working hours 8.30 – 5pm. Some out of hours working/weekend cover may be required, should a public health situation require more resource.
