Hours: Mon - Fri (08.30 - 17.00) or (Mon - Fri 07.30 - 16.00)

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity within our HR Department for a Recruitment Coordinator.

Being responsible for supporting all recruitment activities and carrying out administration tasks as and when required.

Key responsibilities:
•    Entering new starters on CIVICA
•    Processing new starter paperwork
•    Updating the training database
•    Presenting new starter inductions when required
•    Dealing with recruitment general queries
•    Provide HR cover in times of absence
•    Auditing and maintaining site notice boards with HR related information
•    Issuing interview outcome emails
•    Completing the weekly KPI’s and reporting
•    Supporting with touchdown reviews
•    Devising and publishing internal and external adverts
•    Shortlisting and scheduling interviews
•    Issuing offers
•    Processing weekly contractual changes
•    Preparing induction packs when required
•    Requesting and responding to reference requests
•    Supporting with the arranging of Directors Inductions
•    Filing emails and ensuring accurate records are maintained
•    Providing relevant reports to the business when required
•    Carrying out any other recruitment related tasks
•    Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
•    Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience required:
•    Administration experience within a HR and/or Recruitment environment
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to meet deadlines
•    Good organisational skills
•    Ability to prioritise
•    Be able to multi task
•    Use own initiative
•    IT Literate
