Terms and Conditions
Our free prize draws have been organised by Stateside Foods, Direct House, Lancaster Way, Bolton, BL5 3XY for the Bolton Food Festival 2023.
How to enter
1. Our prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
2. (Gozney Pizza Oven Bundle)-You must answer the five questions correctly to be entered into the draw.
3. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please speak to a Stateside Foods colleague present at the Food Festival (25th-28th August 2023).
4. Entries received after the stated closing date and time (Monday 28th August, 5pm) will not be accepted.
5. Stateside Foods reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
6. Our prize draws are open to all except employees of Stateside Foods, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
7. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
8. Only one entry per person is permitted.
9. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win by collecting it from our Head Office based in Westhoughton, Bolton. Stateside Foods will require the lucky winner to provide proof of their identity on collection of the prize.
The Draw
10. A winner will be chosen at random through a raffle of all correct entries on Wednesday 30th August 2023.
11. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry). If a winner does not respond to Stateside Foods within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Stateside Foods will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. The prize will be collected in person by the winner from Direct House, Lancaster Way, Bolton, BL5 3XY within 14 days of responding to Stateside Foods.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The decision of Stateside Foods regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Stateside Foods reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of liability
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Stateside Foods, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stateside Foods, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
18. Stateside Foods is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
19. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Stateside Foods to administer the prize draw.
20. Unless consent is not given on entry, you agree to share publicly your name and any photographs on our website and twitter account for the purpose of publicity.
Governing law
21. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. Stateside Foods reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on our website.
