We are incredibly proud to share that we have achieved over 25 years of continuous accreditation with Investors in People (IiP). This places us among only 12 organisations nationally to have maintained this standard for 25 years which is a truly significant milestone.
Investors in People is a globally recognised accreditation that supports organisations to ‘Make Work Better’. It provides a proven framework for developing strong leadership, building positive and inclusive workplace cultures, and ensuring people are supported, valued, and empowered to perform at their best. Through IiP, organisations are assessed on how they lead, support and develop their people, ensuring that continuous improvement and learning remain at the heart of everything they do.
Our long-standing accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in our people. It recognises not just policies and processes, but the everyday behaviours and values that shape Stateside Foods today.
We were delighted to accept a certificate from Investors in People to mark this special anniversary and to recognise the collective efforts of everyone across the organisation who has contributed to this achievement over the past 25 years.
