The Bolton Food and Drink Festival returned this year for the 19th year and for Stateside Foods it was our 10th year of sponsoring the event which over the years has grown and grown in popularity!
Despite the set backs caused by Storm Lilian on Friday, which led to the festival being postponed a day, visitors to the town came out in force to support the rest of the bank holiday weekend- hailing it another huge success!
Colleagues from many departments came together to support on the busy stand with our recruitment opportunities, offering tasty samples of our pizza, handing out our free goody bags, spot prizes and balloons, entering the public into our free prize draw to win a Gozney pizza oven and of course sharing our story and our passion for pizza with the people of Bolton.
As a huge local employer, the Bolton Food and Drink Festival is one of our favourite events to attend.
A fantastic menu of celebrity chefs were in attendance this year, including Ainsley Harriot alongside festival regular, James Martin. Hundreds of fans gathered to join the popular chef demos and get an insight into their culinary world. Bolton town centre was filled with the hustle and bustle of thousands sampling the wares from the artisan stalls.
It was great to see so many of our employees enjoying the festival and popping by our marquee and colleagues supporting on the stand enjoyed the street entertainment and engaging with the many hundreds of visitors to our marquee- we look forward to Bolton Food and Drink Festival 2025!
