Our last community litter pick of 2024 ended on a high! Supported greatly by the Wingates 2-10 shift, colleagues headed out into Westhoughton to collect as many bags of rubbish as they could. The weather was definitely on their side, which made getting out into the community and working as a team a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
For every bag of rubbish collected, Stateside Foods donates £10 to both The Bolton Hospice and The Christie- so joining our community litter pick really does help not only to clean up our local community but the donation goes to making a difference in helping individuals and their families in our community facing life limiting conditions.
The team managed to fill a fantastic 40 bags of rubbish- raising £400 for both charities and making our local community a much cleaner place!
Well done to everyone who supported the litter pick!
